Cocktail Time! Enjoy Ladies .....

Yellow Parrot:

4 parts pineapple juice

3 parts rum

1 part crème de banana

1 part apricot brandy

½ part lime juice

Oh so simple, but oh so tasty. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add everything else. Shake, shake, shake and pour it all into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a wedge of banana. A couple of these and you’ll be repeating salty phrases like a parrot with turrets syndrome.
